Rebecca Marie Health provides naturopathic consultations, colon hydrotherapy, health education and wellness products.
These Terms apply to all visitors, clients and customers.
2. Health Information

3. Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone or by email.
Please ensure all information provided during the booking process is accurate and up to date.
If your contact details change, please notify us.
4. Fees & Payment
Consultation fees are payable at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
Product purchases must be paid in full before dispatch.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice.
5. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may incur the full consultation fee.
Rebecca Marie Health reserves the right to waive cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances.
6. Colon Hydrotherapy
Colon hydrotherapy is not suitable for everyone.
Before treatment you will be required to complete a health history form and discuss your medical history with your practitioner.
Rebecca Marie Health reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.
7. Naturopathic Consultations
Recommendations provided during consultations are based on the information supplied by you.
It is your responsibility to disclose relevant medical history, medications, allergies and changes to your health.
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
8. Products
We sell practitioner-quality health products and wellness items.
Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Products should only be used as directed.
If symptoms persist, worsen or you have concerns about using a product, seek advice from your healthcare professional.
9. Orders
Orders are subject to product availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where required by law, products will be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with consumer guarantees.
